Responsibilities

Kevin recently joined the Walnut Ridge team and is responsible for the management and administrative operations of multiple residential and commercial properties.  In this role, his responsibilities range from general maintenance and repair to property development and management. 

Background

Kevin comes to us with a background in real estate development, construction, and engineering.  He spent the last 10 years as an entrepreneur forming and operating real estate ventures focused on the renovation and development of properties in the Greater Cleveland area.   His responsibilities included: property identification, assessment, acquisition, financing, renovation, and property management of single and multi-family dwellings.

Education

Upon graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kevin worked in research and development as a Test/Product Engineer at Wellman Products Group and Carlisle Brake and Friction in Solon, OH.  His responsibilities included: prototype generation, application engineering, fixture design, and material production.  Applications ranged from Formula 1 car racing to aircraft brakes.

Interests / Personal

Kevin lives in Gates Mills, OH. In his free time, he enjoys playing his guitar, triathlon, rock climbing, hiking, and camping.
