Responsibilities

Heidi is responsible for financial reporting, treasury management, program training, accounting, and operational support over our businesses, trusts, family members and other entities. In her role, she provides support for the family, provides cash projections, reviews and reconciles accounts, generates financial reports, and assists other team members.

Background

Heidi has over 18 years of experience working in the accounting field with family-owned companies. She has been with our company since October 2014. Prior to joining us, she worked 10+ years for a company that provided staffing to healthcare facilities throughout Ohio. She was an integral part of the business operations for the 19 companies she managed.

Education

Heidi received her BA in Accounting from Kent State University and continues her education through online learning.

Interests / Personal

Heidi lives in Atwater, OH. She has 4 children and 1 granddaughter. In her free time, Heidi enjoys helping her husband with the goats and puppies on the family farm, puzzling, hiking blazed trails, and going to the beach.
